Spongebob Squarepants Bikinibottom Review

July 21st, 2020

THQ nordiq has released a new spongebob. The game is a remaster of Spongebob Bikini Bottom released 12 years earlier.

The story Also in this part, the robots take over Bikini Bottom. They terrorize everyone, including Patrick and Squidward, and it's up to you to free them from the robots by collecting Golden Spatulas. These golden Spatulas are spread throughout the levels. Sometimes they are easy to catch and very showy, but in some levels they are very hard to find and sometimes very frustrating to get hold of. To open different worlds you must have a minimum number of Golden Spatulas. So it is recommended to play every level again until you have them all.

The Gameplay The gameplay is the familiar platform you are used to ... jump on an enemy, shoot an air ball, jump to one platform, push a lever down. It is the well-known and nothing innovative but oh so fun gameplay. It must be said that some pieces are very spicy. Frustratingly spicy even. So spicy, in fact, that a certain part may have to be played over 15 times (yes, that bad!)!

The conclusion Spongebob is a fun humorous game, it has moments when you really make a dent, especially because of the interaction with Patrick. In addition, the game offers about 12 hours of fun gaming fun, some of which may take longer because the game really has very difficult platform elements. The only downside of the game is that it can get repetitive at times, because repeatedly you have to traverse a platform section or complete a race that is really tough. However, if you keep in mind that this game is made for children, you can quickly brush away this criticism. That's why the game gets an 8 from us.
